Will the Welsh Government maintain the local borrowing initiative for road repairs beyond the 2026-27 financial year?

The local government borrowing initiative to accelerate investment in local roads is being delivered as part of current plans. Decisions on such schemes beyond 2026-27 will be considered as part of future budget setting.
