Will the Cabinet Minister provide an update on progress to recruit a pan-Wales director for out-of-hospital care arrangements?

Work is already underway to scope this new role with NHS Performance & Improvement. This role will be opened to recruitment within the First 100 Days of the new Welsh Government. The role is being designed to strengthen system leadership to shift resources towards local health services as part of our efforts to put the NHS in Wales on to a sustainable footing.
