Will the Cabinet Minister commit to establishing and routinely publishing a comprehensive diagnostic imaging dataset for NHS Wales, including core modalities such as plain film X-ray, CT, and MRI, in order to support accountability, transparency, and effective workforce capacity and demand planning?
