Does the Welsh Government support the Malpas Road sustainable transport corridor as outlined in the Burns Delivery report?

The Welsh Government supports the delivery of the Lord Burns recommendations to improve transport options in the south east of Wales. The Malpas Road sustainable transport corridor project has the potential to improve access to Newport city centre through better bus journey reliability and making walking, wheeling and cycling safer and more attractive. This in turn can contribute to reducing pressure on the M4 around Newport.
