Question
Will the Cabinet Minister confirm what the projected cost of establishing Unnos is?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Minister for Local Government, Housing and Planning (Siân Gwenllian)
Work has started to establish Unnos that will be an enabler for increasing and importantly accelerating social housing supply. It’s important that Unnos has the tools, resources and budget it will need to deliver the outcomes I want it to achieve. This work is ongoing and I will provide an update to Members in due course.
