Has the Cabinet Minister considered implementing a shuttle bus between Cardiff Central train station and Cardiff Bay whilst the new proposed tram is under construction?

I have no immediate plans to introduce a shuttle bus. There are regular train services between Cathays and Cardiff Bay which provide people with good public transport links between the two locations.
