Question
What consideration has the Welsh Government given to amending its standard grant conditions to ensure that Welsh Government funding cannot be used, whether directly or indirectly through staff time, overheads or funded activity, for paid lobbying of the Welsh Government, Senedd Members or Senedd committees?
Answer
Answered by First Minister (Rhun ap Iorwerth)
The Welsh Government regularly reviews its standard grant award letter. The letter contains robust terms and conditions and prohibitions that the grant recipient must adhere to about the use of funding.
