Further to WQ99113, did the Cabinet Minister secure agreement from all health boards to increase spending on primary care by 0.5 per cent as per the Welsh Government's 100 day plan?

On 18 June, the Welsh Government convened a Primary Care Summit, where health boards agreed with the proposal to increase the proportion of NHS funding going into primary care by 0.5% each year from 2027/28 onwards.
