Will the Cabinet Minister provide an update on the Cwrt Sirhowy housing development in Cwmgelli following the Welsh Government’s decision to overrule Caerphilly County Borough Council's rejection of the proposals?

Outline planning permission for construction of residential dwellings and associated infrastructure was granted on appeal by an independent Planning Inspector in April 2016. Approval of reserved matters, discharge of conditions and ongoing enforcement of conditions are matters for the planning authority, Caerphilly County Borough Council.
