Question
What discussions has the Cabinet Minister had with Monmouthshire County Council about allowing residents of the Bishton & Langstone ward in Newport to use the Five Lanes recycling centre?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Minister for Rural Resilience and Sustainability (Llyr Gruffydd)
The Collections Blueprint 2025 for Wales (Collections Blueprint 2025) encourages Local Authorities to share household reuse and recycling facilities to provide choice and accessibility to as many citizens as possible. The operational management of the reuse and recycling service are a matter for Local Authorities.
