Was the Welsh Government aware that one of the directors of the polling company used by the Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales is a close relative of one of the co-chairs?

The Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales was established by a previous government. All procurement to support the work of the Commission was undertaken in accordance with Welsh Government procurement procedures.
