Further to WQ99529, did the previous Welsh Government check if either of the co-chairs were members of political parties or organisations when establishing the Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales, and if so, of which parties or organisations were they members?

Appointments to the Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales were a matter for the previous government. They were undertaken in line with Welsh Government procedures for roles of that type.
