Further to WQ99577, does the + represent all non-heterosexual behaviours, identities and groups, as the signposted glossary does not provide a full list of the identities covered by the + in the LGBTQ+ action plan?

We do not comment on the detail of previous government policy. We remain committed to working with LGBTQ+ communities to ensure the language used is inclusive.
