What progress has the Welsh Government made on establishing the health finance efficiency team?

As part of our first 100 days plan, we are reviewing the current arrangements for evaluating health service financial performance. A strengthened approach, alongside establishing a longer-term shift towards prevention, will be integral to long term sustainability.
