The Shadow Broadcasting and Communications Authority will operate to protect and strengthen public service media platforms in Wales. Detail on scope and remit of the Shadow Broadcasting and Communications Authority is to be determined as we develop plans in coming months, with input from the Shadow Broadcasting and Communications Authority Working Group as recommended by the Expert Panel on a Shadow Broadcasting and Communications Authority for Wales.
