Does the Welsh Government support the Hate Crime Awareness training provided by Rent Smart Wales?

Yes. The Hate Crime Awareness training provided by Rent Smart Wales supports commitments in the Anti-racist Wales Action Plan to improve equality in the private rented sector, specifically by working with landlords and letting agents to tackle racist attitudes and behaviours. More than 2,500 landlords and letting agents have undertaken the training, with 88% reporting the training to be either excellent or good.
