Staff have been recruited to align with clear and demonstrable increases in demand as a result of a 60% increase in the number of Members, for example in Members’ Business Support and ICT. Capital and project costs primarily relate to the creation of an additional 36 Member offices within Ty Hywel and the reconfiguration of the Siambr.
