Does the Welsh Government intend to bring forward secondary legislation to allow for workplace parking levies to be implemented by councils in Wales?

Whilst there are no current plans in place to bring forward secondary legislation for this, we shall continue to work with partners such as the Local Authorities to consider and, where appropriate, deliver demand management measures where it provides a more inclusive approach to transport across Wales.
