Question
Will the Cabinet Minister expand permitted development rights for installing electrical vehicle charging points so that listed buildings no longer have to apply for Listed Building Consent?

The Welsh Government is committed to supporting the deployment of low carbon and renewable energy technologies where appropriate. We will continue to keep permitted development rights under review to ensure that they support the delivery of climate change objectives, while maintaining appropriate safeguards for listed buildings and the historic environment.
