What assessment has the Cabinet Minister made of the transparency of contact between developers and Welsh Ministers during the determination of Developments of National Significance, and what action is the Welsh Government taking to increase transparency in that process?

Decisions on applications for Developments of National Significance are based on an open and fair consideration of all relevant planning matters with the same information being available to all interested parties. Correspondence relevant to the determination of applications is published on the Planning Casework Portal on the Welsh Government website.
