Will the Cabinet Minister confirm the expected Barnet consequential from recent UK Government announcements regarding the £2 bus fare cap and 20 per cent business rates relief for pubs and live music venues in England?

The UK Government has stated that the details of changes to the Welsh Government settlement arising from these announcements in England will be confirmed at the UK Autumn Budget on Wednesday 28 October 2026.
