What methodology did the Welsh Government use to calculate individual allocations under the £335,000 essential support grant funding distributed by the Books Council of Wales in 2025-26?

While the previous Welsh Government administration considered the overall funding proposal before the funding award was approved, the Books Council of Wales was responsible for determining individual awards in line with the purpose of the funding and its established assessment and grant management processes.
