Item 8 - Government Debate: Devolution of New Tax Powers -

Welsh Labour's Lesley Griffiths proposed that the Senedd recognise a vacant land tax could help housing supply, regret the UK Government's lack of progress, and ask it to work with Welsh ministers on new tax powers. The Conservatives' amendment was not voted on. The Senedd agreed the motion.
