The Council Tax (Long-term Empty Dwellings and Dwellings Occupied Periodically) (Wales) Regulations 2022

Lesley Griffiths (Welsh Labour) asked the Senedd to approve draft regulations raising the most councils can charge as a council tax premium on second homes and long-term empty homes, from 100 per cent to 300 per cent. The Senedd agreed to approve them.
