Debate on the report of the Special Purpose Committee on Senedd Reform
The Senedd debated the report of the Special Purpose Committee on Senedd Reform. Huw Irranca-Davies (Welsh Labour) proposed endorsing its policy recommendations for legislation before the 2026 elections. Darren Millar (Welsh Conservatives) proposed two amendments. The Senedd rejected both.

Amendment 1, from Darren Millar (Conservatives), asked the Senedd to replace the endorsement of the recommendations with regret at the Welsh Government's 10 May 2022 statement, which he said undermined the committee.
