Whether the Senedd agrees that the UK Parliament can legislate on the devolved parts of the Energy Prices Bill, which are about support with energy costs.

Vote on the Conservative motion as written, regretting that Wales has the highest business rates in Great Britain and asking the Government to cut them.

Welsh Labour's amendment 1 would replace the whole motion with wording welcoming the rates relief already given, which it says helps 70 per cent of properties.

Plaid Cymru's amendment 2 would add a call for the Welsh Government to replace business rates with one new tax on land and property, with farmland exempt.

This vote was on the motion as changed by the amendments, which here meant Labour's replacement wording welcoming the Welsh Government's business rates relief.
