Debate: Stage 4 on the Health Service Procurement (Wales) Bill
This was the final vote (Stage 4) on the Health Service Procurement (Wales) Bill. Eluned Morgan, the Health Minister (Welsh Labour), asked the Senedd to approve it. She said it lets Wales match England's new way of buying health services, or set its own. The Senedd approved the Bill.
