Welsh Conservatives Debate - Health emergency
The Welsh Conservatives, led by Paul Davies, asked the Senedd to call on the Welsh Government to declare a health emergency. Welsh Labour's Jane Hutt proposed replacing this with wording that says the NHS faces pressures but this is not an emergency. The Senedd agreed the Labour wording.
