Welsh Conservatives Debate - The NHS
The Welsh Conservatives, through Paul Davies, asked the Senedd to back a free NHS and to call on the Welsh Government to declare a health emergency and cut waiting lists. Labour's Jane Hutt proposed replacing most of it with wording welcoming Government action. Her amendment was agreed, but the motion as amended was then rejected, so the Senedd agreed no motion.
- Motion without amendment

Rejected - Amendment 1, tabled in the name of Jane Hutt
Whether to accept Jane Hutt's Labour amendment, which replaces everything after point 1 with wording welcoming extra waiting list funding and cancer screening.
Agreed - Motion as amended
Whether to agree the motion as changed by Amendment 1, keeping the free NHS point and adding Labour's wording welcoming funding, cancer screening and waiting time figures.
