Elin Jones (Plaid Cymru), the Llywydd (the Senedd's presiding officer), asked the Senedd to approve the Senedd Commission's budget for 2026-27. She said it totals £102.672 million, including a one-off £4.5 million for election costs. The Senedd agreed the motion.

Plaid Cymru's Heledd Fychan asked the Senedd to call on the Welsh Government to press the UK Government on funding, tax and devolution ahead of the 26 November budget. Labour's amendment 1 would have deleted everything after point 1, and the Conservatives' amendment 2 would have replaced the list of demands. All three votes were rejected, so nothing was agreed.
