What are the estimated costs for creating a steering board to oversee the development of Arwain?

The costs associated with Arwain will be published within the budget. However, the Steering Board members will be unpaid volunteers, drawn from across the One Wales Public Service, who are committed to driving the improvements in leadership development and systems thinking we need to see to deliver better outcomes for the people of Wales.
