What steps is the Welsh Government taking to tackle bad practice and exploitation on owner-occupied mobile home sites across Wales?

Under the Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013, a home owner is entitled to the quiet enjoyment of their home and pitch without interference or interruption by their site owner or anyone else involved in the site management intruding unless for reasons permitted under the terms of the agreement.
I would encourage anyone that is aware of bad practice to report it to their local authority for further investigation. Where a licence holder contravenes the fit and proper person test during the period of the licence, a local authority may apply to the Residential Property Tribunal Wales for an order revoking the site licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable for conviction and/or an unlimited fine.
