What consideration has the Welsh Government given to reducing the fees for those wishing to complete their Rent Smart Wales registration offline so that they are in line with online fees?

Rent Smart Wales proactively consult with all major stakeholders in the sector, including landlord representatives, before setting fees. The fees for paper applications are higher as they reflect the additional administrative and processing costs to Rent Smart Wales, such as data entry, follow-up contact where there are mistakes, and the cost of sending paper letters that would otherwise be sent electronically, over the five year registration period.
