Ateb
Atebwyd gan Minister for Climate Change
An end to end digital planning application service already exists. Applicants can submit planning applications electronically direct to local planning authorities through the Welsh Government’s online service Planning Applications Wales. The majority of local planning authorities upload valid planning applications received to their digital planning registers where members of the public can search and view them. The functionality of these digital registers varies between authorities with most allowing members of the public to comment directly on applications.
