What discussions has the Welsh Government had about the environmental impact of developing a business park at the Model Farm site, Vale of Glamorgan?

The Welsh Government has had no discussions with the Vale of Glamorgan Council on these matters. The site was allocated for employment purposes in the Vale of Glamorgan Local Development Plan which was adopted in June 2017. It would have been subject to a Strategic Environmental Assessment as part of the plan making process.
