What measures are in place to support people with autism seeking COVID passes?

I continue to work with the UK Government to design a system with accessibility in mind, and in alignment with NHS general rules and design structure.
If any individual is unable to access the digital version of the covid pass (with autism or without) then they can call 0300 303 5667 to request a paper certificate. Paper versions of the pass can also be downloaded from the website and printed. Further information is available at: https://gov.wales/get-your-nhs-covid-pass
If anyone needs additional support or wants to request a certificate for someone who needs additional support, help and advice is available when they ring that number.
