In 2019, £50,000 from the Welsh Government’s Micro and Small Business Fund was approved to a project in Anglesey. The project involved purchasing a bespoke Rib to carry 11 passengers and provide the fastest rib ride experience in the world. I am aware that earlier in the year a tightening of insurance guidelines meant that this vessel could no longer operate, and the vessel has therefore been taken off the water. My officials are in contact with the business and hope the matter will be resolved shortly.
