Ateb
Atebwyd gan Minister for Climate Change
All information necessary for third parties to make representations on appeals is already made available via the public planning register. The Welsh Ministers will also host a website enabling the viewing of information received in relation to appeals, to enable greater transparency of the appeals process.
The Welsh Ministers are subject to data protection legislation and must exercise appropriate duty of care with all representations received, including redaction or withholding such representations from publication, where necessary. As a consequence, there are no current plans to review legislation to make the publication of this information a legal duty.
