What discussion has the Counsel General had with the Ministry of Justice to ensure the continuation of the work of Support Through Court at the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan Counsel General and Minister for the Constitution
The Cardiff office of Support Through Court is very active and highly valued in its work at the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, and is the only such office open in Wales. My officials recently became aware of the suggestion that the work of Support Through Court in Cardiff might be discontinued, and immediately raised concerns with the Ministry of Justice. I will pursue these as necessary with the new Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice.
