Did the Welsh Government receive any expressions of interests from Welsh local authorities to host the new Great British Railways headquarters?

The UK Government did not involve us in or discuss with us their process of deciding the location of their new Great British Railways headquarters. This was a competition open to local authorities outside London and I understand that no expressions of interests were submitted by Welsh Local Authorities.
