Will the Minister confirm whether the £375m Welsh building safety fund will be limited, beyond the costs of surveys, to orphan buildings?

Building Safety is a highly complex area of work, and we are working at pace to find a solution, but it must also be the right one. Our aim is to develop effective support options and reforms that will improve building safety both in the here and now and in the future.
The £375 Million I have made available over the next three years to invest in Building Safety works will include surveys, remediation, the establishment of a Joint Inspection Team and support through the Leaseholder Support Scheme. It is important that we remain flexible, and the funding can be targeted to emerging challenges.
I will be making an announcement in due course covering funding in more detail.
