The Welsh Government’s Remote Working Strategy sets out how we expect employers to approach remote working and we use our Economic Contract to engage businesses on a range of responsible practices. In particular, we have published guidance in relation to supporting employees with specific needs.
More broadly, we encourage employers, particularly those in receipt of public funds, to work in social partnership and to discuss issues which affect the workforce with trade unions and workforce representatives.
