What arrangements have been made to include community councils and local authorities in the consultation process for Future Wales Plan 2040?

Future Wales 2040 was published in February 2021. There are no current consultation arrangements in place. At a time when the Welsh Government commences work on a new National Development Framework, it will put in place appropriate consultation arrangements.
