What discussions has the First Minister had with the UK Government regarding the impact of the current situation in Iran on Iranian citizens living in Wales?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan First Minister (Mark Drakeford)
Foreign policy is reserved to the UK Government. No discussions have been held with the UK Government about the current protests taking place in Iran, but we know the UK Government summoned the Iranian Charge d’Affaires on 3 October about the protests. We share the concerns raised and are shocked to see the level of violence against protestors.
