Will the Minister confirm the timescales agreed with developers for the remediation of fire safety?

I met with developers on 6 October to discuss next steps, including their plans and timescales for remediation. I am pleased to confirm, in some cases, developers have already started their remediation works, are making the necessary repairs and have provided their predicted timescales for remediation.
I published a written statement and update on 7 October.
Works are currently underway to finalise the formal legal document that underpins the Pact. The legal contract will set out in more detail the works to be undertaken and the anticipated timescales. The legal contract is being developed at pace which will be finalised shortly.
