Will the Minister outline what progress has been made by health boards in developing recovery plans for hepatitis-C elimination?

We are currently pressing for hepatitis C elimination to be included as a priority in Health Board planning documentation being prepared.
We will be providing further guidance to the NHS this autumn building on the previous Welsh Health Circular and the recommendations made by the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee in its report of June 2019. This will further stress the importance of robust recovery plans for hepatitis C testing and treatment.
