Will the Minister make a statement on Transport for Wales's use of external consultants?

Transport for Wales (TfW) use consultants for specialist advice and services as necessary to deliver the objectives of the Welsh Government as set out in their remit letter. The use of external consultants must be balanced in a way that delivers clear value for money, and retains TfW’s internal knowledge, understanding, capability, and industry intelligence.
