The Welsh Government are responsible for the A55 trunk road, with the A525 at Rhuddlan being the responsibility of Denbighshire County Council. With regard to the A55 and the Strategic Road Network, the Welsh Government are preparing the Noise and Soundscape Action Plan for Wales 2023-28. A programme will be developed following the publication of this plan for all priority sites that are identified as requiring noise mitigation.
