‘Delivering Justice for Wales’, published in May 2022, sets out what we are doing in Wales now to support the delivery of justice under the current arrangements. This includes an update on our progress in relation to recommendations of the Thomas Commission that are within our control. We have committed to reporting annually on progress on the work programme.
