Ateb
Atebwyd gan Minister for Education and the Welsh Language
Attention to this topic has arisen after the emergence of a study by Cardiff University, which explores children’s attitudes to environmental issues and how these translate into views about the food they eat. The eating of insects as part of this has been misreported.
I refer you to a recent response to a Freedom of Information request issued by the Welsh Government.
